Game operating policy
Prepared/revised: 16 October 2026 / CAT BEAT service information
1. Purpose
This policy sets standards for fair play and handling errors and disputes in CAT BEAT. Applicable law and the service terms take precedence.
2. Fair play
Ordinary play and provided accessibility features are respected. Unauthorized tools that manipulate judgments, currency or rewards, account theft, payment fraud, malicious code, vulnerability exploitation, harassment and disclosure of others’ personal data are prohibited. Skill differences or legitimate criticism are not sanction grounds.
3. Faults and rewards
A report may include time, environment, reproduction steps and only necessary screenshots. Passwords, verification codes and full payment credentials should not be requested. Reward and purchase errors are checked against available records, distinguishing duplicate and missing grants. Automatic compensation for every fault or unverified recovery is not promised.
4. Restrictions and appeals
Measures are assessed against verified facts, intent, repetition, harm and severity. Proposed measures include warnings, correction of improper gains and necessary feature/account restrictions. Specific durations and criteria require confirmation before operation. Urgent security protection may precede notice.
Users should receive reasons, scope, duration and appeal instructions, with an opportunity to provide information. Confirmed mistakes should lead to reversal and appropriate restoration.
5. Support and changes
Inquiries use the website footer email. General support is answered within a reasonable time; restriction appeals follow article 21 of the terms. Material policy changes follow the terms notice standards.
